How does it work?
You register at the Practitioner portal and once access has been given you may log in and order your clients herbal liquid. We dispense to your prescription and express post free to your client (or to you).
What can I order?
There are 3 Herbal Formula sizes 100ml, 200ml or 500ml bottle of herbs, 50ml Bach Flower Remedies, Australia Bush Flower Essences & Topical Skin Creams, all made to your prescription These are shipped to anywhere in Australia via Free Express Post.
Bach Remedies can be added to herbal formulae.
There are 3 Bundle Options: A 100ml and a Bach Remedy, 200ml and a Bach Remedy or 500ml bottle of herbs and a Bach Remedy of your prescription. These are shipped Express Post. Delivery is free.

What does it cost?
We have worked hard at keeping costs down to make the online dispensary convenient and profitable for you. All orders are sent free express Post.
We recommend that you set your RRP for 100ml, 200ml and 500ml herb bottles at just above ours (5-15% higher). Charge your client your RRP then purchase the herbs for them online. We send the receipt directly to you. This means you earn money with each order. Pricing is available online to registered practitioners.

How long does it take my patient to receive the herbal medicine?
Express post shipping is next business day to most Australian Postcodes. Order cutoff for same day shipping is noon Sydney time on business days
Who makes up my herbal prescriptions?
Only accredited Herbalists and Naturopaths dispense the herbs with care and accuracy. We never change prescriptions or substitute herbs.
What brand of liquid herbs do you use?
The dispensary is made up primarily of Mediherb liquids. However, there are some herbs from Optimal Rx and Herbal Extract Co. See the current Herbs in Stock list.
Can I get help in working out what herbs to use?

Can I phone my order?
Yes, you can phone Linda on 0412 208 982 with your prescription and payment. We would expect an email confirmation from you of your formula for our records.
